  • How do I pay my fees?
    Fees are to be kept 1 week in advance at all times. Our lessons run for the same amount of weeks as the NSW school term. Fees are to be paid via our parent portal. Overdue fees will not be tolerated - outstanding fees will incur a late fee and students may be asked to not attend classes until fees are brought up to date. Any discount applies only to fees being paid by the term and on time, discounts will be voided if term fee is overdue. Please ensure you carefully read our T&Cs when enrolling.
  • What do I wear to my PRIVATE LESSON?
    For private classes students are to wear their studio uniform including correct footwear for the style. Students should ensure they are dressed in non restrictive attire to allow full participation in classes.
  • What do I wear to my GROUP LESSON?
    Students in group lessons or students representing the studio at competitions or community events are required to purchase our studio uniform. These uniforms are of the highest quality and look great on all shapes and sizes. Students are encouraged to accessorise with our studio colours orange & black. Uniforms can be purchased via our front reception.
  • Where can I purchase a uniform?
    We have a full dance shop located inside our studio. Here you can purchase all dance uniforms as well as shoes and accessories!
  • Do you accept Active & Creative Kids Vouchers?
    Yes, we accept Active & Creative Kids vouchers. Please CLICK HERE TO REDEEM YOUR VOUCHER! All vouchers must be submitted via the above link in order to be applied to your Child’s fees.
  • Do you offer make up lessons?
    Private lesson students are eligible for a make up lesson if notice is given via the student portal 24hours prior to the lesson time. Students are able to receive a MAXIMUM of 2 (two) make up lessons per term. More than 2 (two) lessons or lessons not cancelled with appropriate notice will be forfeited.
  • How long is a lesson?
    Our lessons run between 30 - 90 minutes depending on the program. Please check our class time table for specific times.
  • What is the earliest age my child can start?
    We accept students into our music & movement program from 18 months.
  • How do I enrol my child for lessons?
    All of our bookings are done via our website. Please CLICK HERE TO ENROL! If you would like to ask any questions before enrolling please contact our admin team.
  • Are there any other expenses outside of fees?
    Yes, the following expenses could be payable depending on which program & stream your child attends. For further clarification please feel free to contact our admin staff. MID YEAR DISPLAY & END OF YEAR CONCERT: All students participating in our performances are required to pay a participation fee. This can be paid off in 1 lump sum or throughout the year. This includes all rehearsal fees. No additional costume fees are required for the mid year display however costume fees ARE required for the end of year concert. COMPETITION ENTRIES: Selected students may have the opportunity to enter competitions/eisteddfods/talent quest. Students are responsible for paying entry fees in full (these vary with each comp). Students may also be required to attend extra lessons and purchase costumes. WORKSHOPS: We are often lucky enough to have workshops with special guest teachers and talent scouts! If your child is invited to participate additional fees will be charged.
  • Can my child trial a lesson before committing?
    Yes, your child can trial a lesson before committing to the full year. We offer a FREE trial for 1 week, additional trial lessons outside of this period will be charged at a per lesson rate.
  • Do you accept enrolments throughout the year?
    Yes, you can enrol anytime of the year. However, if you do enrol at the end of Term 2 and/or Term 4 you may not be able to perform in the Mid or End of Year Performances.
  • Are parents allowed to watch lessons?
    We allow parents to participate in our movement & music program. For all other lessons no spectators are allowed in the lesson room. We feel teachers are able to make a quicker connection with the students this way and students are less self conscious. All of our teachers have undergone a working with children’s check, police checks and have participated in the NSW Child Safe Course. We encourage families to watch their child at our open days or performance opportunities.
